We don't have a minimum order quantity for most of our products, but our minimum order is typically $75.00. Exceptions can be made though. Please contact us if you have specific needs for a smaller batch order. We'd love to work with you!
We recommend users create their own original artwork. We also prefer customers obtain permission or licensing for any copyrighted images / design elements that they wish to use.
We recommend that you embed your color profiles into your artwork file when submitting your order. If a color profile is not embedded, we will use industry standard color profiles that are matched with the color profiles of the substrates that are used in your order.
Vector format files are the best format for commercial printing, because they are made-up of mathematically defined geometric shapes such as lines, curves, and points, rather than pixels. This means that they can be infinitely scaled without losing quality, because the mathematical equations remain the same regardless of the size of the image.
In contrast, raster-based images are made up of pixels and have a fixed resolution. This means that if raster-based images are scaled-up beyond their original size, the individual pixels become visible and the image can appear pixelated and blurry.
Overall, the scalability and quality of vector format files make them the preferred format for printing, especially when it comes to high-quality printed products (i.e. custom labels).
Ordering
We know that ordering labels and stickers can be an intimidating process. We've kept it as simple as possible. The typical ordering steps are as follows:
- Receive a label quote from our website or from one of our customer service reps.
- Submit your file(s) for your order either online or with your representative.
- We'll send you an order confirmation and a payment request and begin working on your proof.
- A proof is submitted to you via email or posted to your online account. Production begins once your proof is approved.
- Your order is shipped via UPS.
Our turnaround time is typically 3 to 5 business days. Orders that require custom dies can take longer due die production. We will notify you at the time of order or quoting if your order will take longer than 3 to 5 business days. Rush production is available. Please contact us for current rush costs.
Yes, every order includes a free digital PDF proof for your approval. We will send you your proof via email or post it to your online account. You may approve your proof or request changes. If changes are requested a new proof will be submitted. Production will not begin on your order until you are 100% happy with your proof.
We ship via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Overnight. We also offer pickup at our location in Lenexa, KS. Special arrangements can be made such as drop and blind shipping. Please contact us for more information.
Yes! Multiple versions of the same size, shape and label material can be combined into one order so that you can take advantage of our quantity-based pricing. Please inquire within if you have any questions or concerns.
